In 1983, I began what would become Steve's European Automotive, Inc. in my garage at home. With a degree in automotive mechanics and a desire to teach auto shop,
I instead found myself fixing more and more cars at home. Even though most of the work I was doing was for friends and family, it didn't take much time at all
before the word spread. That's when I moved into the building on M-59 where we stayed until January 1997 never teaching auto shop. By setting a fair labor rate,
charging less for new parts and offering used parts where possible, Steve's European Automotive, Inc. grew rapidly. Standing by our work and providing top quality
service, we have become recognized as one of the best European car repair facilities in the midwest.
We provide affordable quality service to all vehicles including most European and domestic makes from 1957 to current models. It's really hard to say what
has made this so much fun over the years, maybe it's the enthusiasm that our customers have about their cars or maybe it's just because we've continued doing
business just like in the beginning, with friends.
