MARKETING & HR DIRECTOR

Nikki joined the team in 2017 just to update the website, but her skills shined and she was quickly given more projects...and she never left! Now in addition to maintaining the website, she oversees marketing, IT and HR, and she still tackles anything that comes her way with wonderful positive energy. She says her favorite thing about working at Steve's is easily the people, and the nurturing company culture.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from University of Michigan, and she stays up to date with current research. Off the clock she enjoys digging in her vegetable garden with her son, spending time with her husband, practicing yoga, playing video games, and watching Korean dramas.

Nikki's favorite car is the Audi Quattro that Michèle Mouton drove in the 80s. She enjoys watching Rally Racing and F1.
